Fees

Due With Application

• Application fee: $50 per applicant 18 years or older.
• Administrative fee: $250, due within 48 hours of application's approval.
• Proof of income: three most recent paycheck stubs or most recent W-2.

Note: We require that applicants earn 3x rent in one month, and cosigners earn 6x rent in one month.
We will run a full background and credit check on each applicant.

Due at Move-In

• Prorated rent for your first month.
• Non-refundable credit risk fee: $250 to a full month's rent.
• Proof of power establishment with Marietta Power.
• Proof of renters insurance in the amount of $100,000 from any insurance company.
• Any applicable pet fees.

Due Monthly

• Building utility fee: $100 per month.

This includes your monthly water, sewage, pest control, trash, parking and building access control.

Personalized Add-Ons

• One-time pet fee: $350 for first pet, $150 for second pet.
• Pet rent: $15 per pet per month.

Situational

• Rekeying: $75 per occurrence.
• Replacement key: $10 for apartment or mailbox.
• Early lease termination fee: 200% of one month's rent with 60-day notice.
• On-site transfer: $400.
• Late fee: 10% of one month's rent per occurrence.
• NSF fee: $30 per occurrence.
• Master policy renters insurance: $25 per month until in compliance.
